Icon Tutorials

amortentia_gal requested a Tutorial for two of my icons from a previous icons post. Since I did saved their .psp file, I decided to do it for her and anyone else that might be curious. If there is something you do not understand, feel free to ask any question :)
I'm using Paint Shop Pro 7 (sometimes version 9) but everything can be done in any other program. (well, there might be one exception for one Effect, but it is not important, and I suggest some alternatives)
